After you get boots on the ground here you will find we have some very good meat markets and a whole bunch of cheese outlets. I being raised in the Panhandle of Texas am a lifelong Meat and Tatters guy. the meat here is just as good

Thanks, My meat is not known to most it is call a chuck eye, the chuck has the best tenderliorn, maybe 5 or 6 1 and a half filets, small gristle down the middle, but the taste is flavor, and the chuck eye is a tenderlion attached to the chuck. And half the price of a filet. This bad boy some season salt, filet at half the price

Prorader.....there is also a great meat market in Mandadero just down the road from Punta banda. I'll have to try and remember the directions!!!
,If you want cheese, check this place out. A short drive from Ensenada La Cava de Quesos - Outside Ensenada - TalkBaja.com - Baja Mexico Travel, Living and Retirement There is also a small cheese shop in Mandadero........on the way to downtown Ensenada, on your right side after you make the turn onto Hwy 1 (Reforma)....it's painted black and white, just like a cow. |
